Claesen’s was launched in 1994 in Amsterdam. Three friends started the company in 1993 in Amsterdam, aiming to set up an underwearbrand living up to the high standards of the consumer. Through relatives, the friends managed to get in touch with the right textile-manufacturers in the Far East. Their plans were slowly unrolled: what had started as a risk-taking adventure has resulted in a strong company with an enthusiastic team and a large group of loyal customers... Today, Claesen’s is a well-known name in fashion, vouching for quality, style and price. To keep this aim, there are now some 400 stores throughout the Netherlands: jeans-stores, casual-clothing stores, underwear-specialty stores, kids’-clothing stores and department stores. Claesen’s is active outside the Netherlands (Belgium, USA, Scandinavia) in a similar manner.
