Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Generally we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally we use UPS for overnight, next day or 2 day orders (by request and with extra charges).

Q. What is your return Policy?

A. you would like to return an item to us for exchange or refund please feel free to do so, we will make this process as easy as possible. Our aim is to stock only great quality clothing and we want you to love your purchase!

Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning your item. Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging for an exchange or complete refund (excluding shipping charges).

Items that were purchased on a free shipping or flat rate shipping promotion will have the regular shipping charges deducted from the order when a return is made. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original method of purchase.

Items located in the ‘sale’ section of our site are returnable for exchange or store credit only. Items located in the ‘clearance’ section are non returnable; all clearance item sales are final.

Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a refund notice in your email inbox. NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone after 30 calendar days of original transaction.

Q. How do I return an item for exchange?

A. Call us at 1888 983 0689 or email us for a return number and we will then facilitate the exchange for you. Please note that we do charge return shipping for items and you will receive an invoice via email for the postage or you may include a check for the quoted return shipping amount. The only exceptions to this are if we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item or incorrect sizing on an item, we will then cover the return shipping charges..

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. However, during sales and holiday season, this may be extended to 72 hours. Please email us at these times if your order needs to be shipped urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you. We use Priority Mail for most items and they usually take 2 – 3 days from ship date to arrive to you.

Q. How do I place a Custom Order?

A. Please email us, or call us at 1888 983 0689 and we will discuss your needs and facilitate this process!

Q. What sort of packaging materials do you use in my shipment?

A. We purchase packaging materials only very occasionally. Generally our packaging materials are recycled; whatever our designers send the items packaged in, we package your goods in too! We believe in caring for the environment whenever we possibly can.

Q. How are my payments received?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card online via PayPal. We also accept eChecks and balance transfers. If you prefer to mail payment, we accept Money Orders and Checks. Please note that orders paid via checks will not be shipped until the check clears (up to 2 weeks). We cannot accept COD orders or cash payments through the mail.

Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?

A. Only California residents will be charged 8.25% for sales tax.

Q. Tell me about Gift Wrapping

A. Should you choose a gift wrap option (located in the payment area at checkout) your gifts will be wrapped in signature tissue and placed in a taupe striped gift box and tied with a beautiful black or burgundy ribbon. Gift wrapping is $3.95.

Q. What about Gift Certificates?

A. Gift Certificates are available online or by telephoning us at 1888 983 0689 and can be sent to the recipient via email or in the post. Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $10, $20, $25, $50 or $100. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Q. What about Out of Stock Items?

A. Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Occasionally we run out of an item before the web site is updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email or telephone. You will be able to substitute a product or wait until the item becomes available.

Q. What are your hours of business?

A. Our official hours of business are Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm PST. However, we are frequently in the office later or on weekends and if you email us or call us with something urgent, we will often be able to get back to you.
